ㅤㅤ1 - PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept payments only through PayPal.com, and only in the form of the United States Dollar ($). Donations and tips are highly appreciated but not necessary (though they might get you bumped ahead in queues).ㅤㅤ2 - REPOSTING AND ADVERTISEMENT
My work is NOT allowed to be re-posted without my permission. Re-posts MUST have credit linking back to my profile. My work is not allowed to be used in advertisements without my permission and a signed contract. I retain the rights to works I have created. This means that I can use them at my disposal, posting on my social media sites, using for advertisements, etc.ㅤㅤ3 - REJECTION AND DECLINES
I have the right to decline customers / orders at my own discretion. If for any reason that I choose not to work with your order / commission, I have every right to do so without any repercussions.
Terms of Service
ㅤㅤI - CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
By ordering from me, you are making a contract of agreement to my terms of service. You knowingly and willingly accept that you have read and will follow my terms of service. Violating any part of my terms of service is a breach of contract, and may result in repercussions that will be your sole responsibility to deal with. These terms of service apply to everything I create.ㅤㅤII - RESPONSIBILITY
By ordering from me, you agree to take all responsibility for any legal troubles, breaches of other websites, or any other problematic issues that might arise. You agree that you are of legal age within your living area. You understand that any content purchased containing nudity, sexual imagery, or other adult-only themes is legal for you to have possession of.ㅤㅤIII - CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
When ordering from me, conduct is expected to be professional and polite. Anything less will be met with consequences. Lewd behavior / sexual harassment will NOT be tolerated. It will be met with instant rejection and being put on the public blacklist. Ordering commissions from me does not make me a friend. Having access to my social accounts does not qualify you to send me casual messages, images, memes, etc. Any attempts made to befriend me in the hopes of getting discounts or freebies will be met with blocking and put on my public blacklist.ㅤㅤIV - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
You are free to cancel your commission at any time, but refunds will depend on the commission status. Be warned that you might not get a refund at all. I will NOT issue a refund past the preview stage of a commission. Tips, donations, or money gifts will NOT be refunded ay all. I will not issue any refunds for a commission being declined for misconduct. Refunds might be issued as followed:

All my work posted will have absolutely no AI content within it. All art, writing, and other posted content will be made 100% by me, unless the art is made with a base by a different, credited artist. My work is NOT allowed to be used for any AI in any form. My content is not permitted to be used without written permission of asking anything beforehand. I will not work with anything created by AI. This includes character references, written prompts, or AI-created writings.
